Membership Director Laureen Lutenski

The Board of Managers in continuing its proactive programs to keep your club moving forward, in these challenging times, has approved an addition to the staff.

The club has been very fortunate to secure the services of Laureen Lutenski as the new membership director.  A graduate of Michigan State University, Laureen has enjoyed a very successful career in Sales and Marketing.  Most recently she was on the sales team of a major pharmaceutical firm.

Born and raised in Saginaw, she has served actively on several community boards and service organizations.  Already well known by many members, she looks forward to working closely with you.  Laureen will be actively involved with the Membership and Marketing committees to develop and execute programs to increase our membership and utilization of the club.

Becoming A Member at the Saginaw Club

Membership in the Saginaw Club is an exclusive privilege that follows a number of steps.

  • First, you must be sponsored by a current Member of the Club and a "Proposal for Membership" form must be completed and signed by the sponsoring Member. This form is in the Membership Application Packet, which is located at the front desk of the Saginaw Club.
  • Your proposal must be posted for a minimum of ten days on the club bulletin board.according to the Club By-laws. 
  • Next, the application is reviewed by the Board of Managers at their next meeting.  The application is either approved or denied.
  • Once approved, you are entitled to all the privileges of your particular Membership category.
Resident Member(s):

Those elected to membership who reside in or are regularly employed in, or actively operate a business, trade or profession within Bay, Midland, or Saginaw County.

Monthly Dues:
$135

Initiation Fee:
$500.00

Capital Assessments:

$44 per month


Junior Executive Member(s):

 

Those elected to membership between the ages of 21 and 35 who choose the Junior Executive designation, and are employed or reside in the counties of Bay, Midland, or Saginaw.

Capital Assessments:

$33 per month 


Senior Member(s):

Those Resident Members who have attained the age of 70 years, have been a club Member for 25 years and apply for such a destination.

Corporate Affiliate Member(s):

Those elected to membership whose sponsoring Resident Member is employed by the same business or corporation. These members do not have voting privileges and may not be elected or nominated to serve on the Board of Managers.

Non-Resident Member(s):

Those elected to membership who do not reside in, and are not employed in, nor operate a business, trade, or profession within Bay, Midland, or Saginaw County.

Clergy Member(s)

Special Member(s)

Special Member(s) are those spouses of deceased Members, deceased former Members or of totally and permanently incapacitated Members to whom the Board of Managers have approved special and limited use of the Club.

Those Resident Member(s) who have obtained the age of 85 years and have been a club Member for 50 years.
